Winona is pleased to announce the production release
of the SD Ramping Family. We are ready to take
your control orders with shipments beginning 8/18/03.
The Series SDXR controller is
patterned after the Series 982, 942, and the Series
96 products. The SD products offer a lower cost
product transition path for our current mid-range ramping
control customers and offer the features needed for
simple ramp & soak control applications.

These Single channel
Controls include a universal sensor input with up to
3 outputs that can be programmed for heat cool temperature
control, as well as operate as process or deviation
alarms.
Advanced features
include EIA 485 Modbus serial communications, InfoSenseTM
technology, Infrared Remote communications operation,
a patented User Definable Menu System which allows the
user to select which parameters will appear in the Operations
Menu, and a “Save and Restore” feature that allows
the user to save and restore their settings – not just
the factory settings!!
WatviewTM, Watlow’s
WindowsR based HMI (Human Machine Interface) software,
supports the Series SD controllers. The software
can be used to setup, monitor, and edit the values of
controller parameters, to monitor and manage alarms,
and to log and graph process data.
Available in 1/32,
1/16, 1/8 and ¼ Din Panel mount sizes, the Series
SD products include UL, c-UL, CSA, CE certification
and include a NEMA 4X (IP65) seal.
The Series SD is
